Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Idlekind! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. As part of this commitment, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how our company handles the delivery of your order(s).

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days following payment confirmation. On some occasions (e.g., peak seasons, promotional periods, product launches, national holidays, etc.), processing time may be slightly longer. If you would like an updated status of your order at any time, please email concierge@idlekind.com with your order number.

 

Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. We will utilize the shipping method that is selected on behalf of the customer during checkout. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally. Shipping times are carrier-specific (i.e., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Standard shipping options usually require 3-7 business days once shipped for domestic delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for customers who require their order(s) to arrive sooner. Expedited shipping options do not guarantee same-day fulfillment, although we generally attempt to do so. Please note our fulfillment process is inactive on weekends and national holidays. All shipping methods are subject to possible carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for your order are calculated based on live carrier rates and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on shipment specifications including product dimensions, product weight, shipping method, and destination. Rates are as displayed during the checkout process, and your order total will reflect the shipping method chosen during checkout. We may offer "Free Shipping" promotions for orders that meet certain criteria (e.g., "Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING for orders $150 or above!"). Details of any ongoing shipping promotions will be displayed on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Depending on the carrier chosen during the checkout process, you may be able to estimate the expected delivery date. If the estimated delivery time is for a tracked package is unspecified or changed, please reach out to the designated shipping carrier for more information. Idlekind is unable to provide any further information about the tracking status.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently provide shipping options to the contiguous United States. We do not offer any international shipping options at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Items included within a single order may only be sent to one address. That is, items within a single order cannot be sent to multiple separate shipping addresses. We are not liable for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please understand that any order that is returned to Idlekind due to an incorrect address is subject to additional fees should the customer request the package be resent.

 

Shipping Delays

Definitions

  • Processing time refers to the time required for Idlekind to fulfill your order and for the designated carrier to receive the shipment.

  • Shipping time refers to the carrier-specific timeline of delivery.

  • Shipping delay refers to a prolonged shipping time, which is carrier-specific.

 

While we make the best effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order(s), unforeseen circumstances on behalf of the shipping carrier (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, etc.) may occur occasionally. Idlekind does not assume responsibility for any changes in shipping time, including shipping delays or arrivals prior to the estimated delivery date. We update shipping options during the checkout process to avoid significant delays to the best of our ability, although it is possible a delay still occurs. Please contact the designated shipping carrier for more details if you experience a delay during shipping.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has left our fulfillment center, Idlekind cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. Should your package be lost or stolen after leaving our possession, we suggest diligently contacting the designated shipping carrier to begin an investigation. Consider reaching out to concierge@idlekind.com so that we can do our best to help. Idlekind does not assist with any cases involving packages that are shipped or rerouted to a 3rd party delivery service.

 

This includes packages that are returned to our warehouse for any reason. Any package that must be resent is subject to additional shipping and processing fees at our discretion.

 

Refunds Due to Shipping Issues

Idlekind cannot issue refunds for shipments that are marked as delivered but claimed to not be received. Should your tracking information state information that contradicts your understanding, please contact the specified shipping carrier for more information. Should the contents of your order be damaged in shipment, please take photos of the damage to the shipping box and the damaged items. Keep the damaged box in your possession for possible inspection by the shipping carrier. Send an email to concierge@idlekind.com in order for us to begin a claim and replace damaged items.
