Instead, Idlekind reserves the discretion to authorize a return followed by the placement of a subsequent order, contingent upon specific circumstances. Additionally, all return transactions are executed uniformly to maintain transparency and consistency. We are dedicated to ensuring that every customer's shopping experience with Idlekind is characterized by positivity and satisfaction.

Returns

 

As defined previously, returns are allowed in accordance with the terms specified in this Return and Refund Policy. To be eligible for return, the item must be in its unused condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Additionally, “Final Sale” items (as specified below) are not accepted for return under any circumstance. Returns must be initiated by the customer within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for returns. Items that do not meet the terms specified above are deemed ineligible for return.

 

Refunds

 

An item may be deemed eligible for a refund at Idlekind's discretion in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy. Situations in which a refund may be appropriate include product defects, non-conformance with product descriptions, cancellation of orders, or the exercise of consumer rights as outlined under applicable laws or regulations. Refunds are processed from Idlekind back to the customer, to the original form of payment used for the transaction.

 

Final Sale Items

 

Final sale items (as specified below) are not eligible for return or refund unless explicitly stated by Idlekind.

 

  • Votive candles (4 oz.)

  • Sample candle packs

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional vouchers

  • Customized products or orders

Damaged Items

 

Customers seeking a return for a damaged product must contact Idlekind immediately. An email should be sent to concierge@idlekind.com, including a photo of the damaged product and a detailed explanation of the damage. “Natural changes” may be evident in products may of natural ingredients (e.g., candles) in the form of color change or small wax imperfections. Idlekind does not consider "natural changes" in certain products, such as candles made of natural ingredients, as factors contributing to a damaged item.

Return Procedure

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@idlekind.com, including your desired return details and order number for prompt service. Upon approval of an eligible return, Idlekind will issue a return packaging label. Please be aware that shipping costs for both the outgoing shipment and the return label will be deducted from any refund issued. Moreover, any promotional shipping benefits, such as complimentary or free shipping, will be nullified, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if applicable. Our shipping rates are dynamic, determined by live carrier rates from USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

 

Returned items not in their original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to the aforementioned outgoing shipping and return shipping label costs.

 

Idlekind reserves the right to determine the eligibility of items for return as previously discussed. Items deemed ineligible for return may not qualify for a refund, at Idlekind's discretion. Any items rejected for return may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

 

Refund Procedure

 

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt of the return package. Please note that refunds are not processed on weekends or national holidays that impact financial institutions, which may affect the refund timeline.
